What Will Your Responsibilities Be?

  • Offer comprehensive customer support alongside technical advice in fluent written English, particularly concerning e-commerce platforms.
  • Serve as an intermediary between customers and both product and technical teams, converting customer requests into technical terms and back.
  • Address and resolve customer grievances with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on the customer service procedure’s effectiveness and efficiency.
